How much do you charge?


Our prices will vary depending on the event, how long you would like us to play for and the location, so please get in touch and we can provide a tailored quote for you.




How long do you typically play for?


We normally recommend 2 x 1 hour sets with a short break in between, but we are very flexible and can adapt on the night to suit your needs. We can perform an additional third set if you’d like us to, and can also provide a wide range of bespoke smaller ensembles, perfect for drinks receptions or dinners, in addition to the full band performance.




Do you perform requests?


We are more than happy to perform a couple of requests with prior warning. We do have an extensive repertoire list, but cannot guarantee that any requests made on the night can be played so if you have a favourite song you really want the band to perform, simply let us know and we’ll gladly prepare it for you!




Can you provide music for the guests when you aren't playing?


We have an expertly-curated playlist that we can play through our speaker system during any breaks in the performance, ensuring there is no drop in atmosphere. We can also arrange to keep this playlist going after our performance as well.




How much space do you need?


We may be a large band but we are more than used to squeezing into small spaces! A space 6m wide and 4m deep would be ideal for us, but we will always adapt to the venue to ensure you get the best musical experience possible.




Will the musicians at my event be the same as the ones from the video?


We always try to book the same players featured in our promotional material. However, if a musician is unavailable then we will replace them with one of our very capable professional deputies, who have extensive experience playing with the band.




How far do you travel?


We are happy to travel anywhere! We are based in the West Midlands, and offer discounted rates for local performances, but regularly play across the UK and at destination weddings internationally.




How much time do you need to set-up?


Typically we require about 1 hour to set up our equipment. For most events, we usually arrive 2 hours before our first set, allowing us time to familiarise ourselves with the venue and get ready. If you would like us to arrive earlier (to avoid setting up while your guests are around for example) we are more than happy to arrange this.
